This area is most likely a homage to the town of Innsmouth, from the works of H. My top faves would have to be, Saw Spear, Tonitrus, Ludwig's, Holy Moonlight, Kos Parasite, and a few others that I won't list to keep this short, you get the gist. Doesn't really affect the damage as expected.
